I didn’t start out wanting to write copy.

Actually, my big dream was to be a diplomat.

I thought it would be so cool. I’d fly around the world, learn five languages, and shake hands with very important people.

So, I packed my bags and went to Brisbane, Australia to study International Relations.

I thought I’d learn about treaties and flags.

Instead, I learned something way more interesting: secrets.

I saw how the news actually works...

I learned why your mom gets scared by the evening news....

I learned why your aunt shares those crazy links and thinks they are the absolute truth...

It felt like sneaking in the back door of the world.

I saw how a simple story could change what people think and how they act.

But I didn't end up using those secrets for politics. Instead...

Then I Found "Direct Response"

One day, I stumbled onto something called copywriting.

It was like a lightbulb went on.

I realized: "Wait, you can use these same story skills to help businesses sell stuff?"

I was hooked.

I bought every course I could afford (which wasn't many!).

I read everything.

I tried every style.

But one style stuck with me: Storytelling.

Why? Because everybody has a story.

And using a good story to turn a stranger into a buyer?

That felt like a superpower.

But reading books is one thing. I needed to actually get my hands dirty.

The Bali Move (And The AI Boom)

After coming back home to Bali, I started working as a copywriter for a real estate company.

For two years, I learned how to sell to people making big, scary decisions using just my words.

Then, AI images exploded onto the scene.

Whether it’s fixing a menu or writing an email that people actually want to read, I use words (and sometimes pictures) to grab attention.

If you want your business to sound like a human, not a robot...

And if you want to turn "just looking" into "shut up and take my money"...

You are in the right place.

Proof that happiness is... edible
